Rear sprocket definately needs replacement. There are those of us who think that, in normal circumstances, BOTH sprockets should be replaced when the chain is replaced. Sprockets don't cost that much and the new chain gets the chance to set its own wear pattern instead of having to try (unsuccessfully, usually) to adapt to the old chain's wear pattern. And there are also those of us who think that chains are a pain in the a** and should be outlawed.
