It probably would save you some time to call the place in Germany that
was doing the performance mods. I called them when looking into getting the
same results your after. They said they were using FZR pistons, cams,
porting the head, freeflowing slipon with the stock header and some
modifications to the airbox that they would not tell me about. They claimed
that those modifications resulted in 121 hp at the rear wheel and that they
had more mods that would get 145 at the rear wheel.
I personally dont know of anyone who has tried these modifications but I
can see where they would get those results. In my case, an opportunity came
up to pick up a used FZR motor and opted to go that route since it was a slam
dunk as far as knowing what the results would be since that motor has been
raced for some time. My results are similar at 137 hp at the rear wheel and
79 ft torque.
I think quite a few guys would be very interested in doing the
modifications if they knew what the result would be so keep us all posted on
what you come up with.

Bob
