Actually, I ride the GTS with no hands all the time, I
CAN initiate a turn using body lean or peg pressure,
but until the contact patches move out of line it
won't change direction--the patches move due to the
same forces as if induced by handlebar input, just
much more slowly.  If the steering is locked then this
won't happen, so I'm not sure how the Code bike is set
up.  Try it out on some deserted road somewhere--you
can control lane position easily and, with practice,
do the off-ramp--gotta be just the right speed for the
banking...
