Code's bike has a set of handle bars that are welded to the frame above the
regular bars. Perhaps I should have been a bit more exact in my comments.
It's no way to steer a single track vehicle because, as you noted, it
doesn't do it very quickly, and certainly not quick enough under normal
conditions (whatever they are) to do it safely when you need to get your
turn initiated quickly.
In the demo I watched, the turning simply wasn't there...at least not when
compared to what happens when one is countersteering.
