In the US, only california models have the charcoal cannister. It is
identifiable by the vehicle ID #'s. The seventh character of the VIN for
california models will be a C, on the regular US models, it will be an E.
Also, Ca models primary ID #'s start with 4HH-001101, where the regular US
model GTS's start with 4HH-000101.
