I'm trying to remember what my actions were when I got pulled over on the
interstate last weekend. Let's see. I saw the trooper on the right
shoulder of the road...I was in the far left lane...4 lanes over. He came
up next to me...maybe a bit in front then allowed me to pass him, then he
fell in in back of me and turned on his lights. I IMMEDIATELY signaled and
pulled off the road onto the left shoulder, shutdown, put my kickstand down,
dismounted on the NON TRAFFIC side, and waited. I wasn't speeding at the
time, so I had no clue about why he had stopped me. It wasn't until he said
something about my "flashing" headlight that I had a clue.
