Miguel,
My theory has always been to keep both hands on the
handlebars, just like I keep both hands on the wheel
when I am stopped in a cage. Traffic stops are
dangerous for you guys, and I want you to know exactly
where my hands are at all times. When I see cherries,
I pull to the shoulder and turn off my bike, leaving
hands on the bars. When you tell me to remove my
helmet and ear plugs, I will. You tell me to get my
license, and I will--when you tell me, not before. I
am not getting off the bike until you tell me. We
both need to be comfortable and my thoery is that you
are more comforatable if you know that I'm not
interestes in doing anything until you tell me to.
I'm no more interested in getting shot by you than you
are in getting shot by me.
Thoughts?
Adam
