In this case the BMW 1150 RT has an advantage. 3 weeks ago I rode one only for a trial run. The wind and rain protection is first class. I didn�t get wet. The engine however disappointed me. It was very rough and had strong vibrations. Anyway the BMW was too expencive. So I think it was a good decision to buy a GTS. Best reguards Helmuth
