The 94 US models had a richer DECEL mapping than the 93 US model did.
Adjusting the TPS helps by richening the mixture as much as it can, there are
still other sensors controlling mixture that factor in to the final output. I
also believe some people are more sensitive to the surge than others. I truly
believe anyone that is bothered by the surge on their bike could get on any
other gts and detect the same problem.
