Rick,
I keep a tire log of all the tires I've had so far and
the Avon Azaro was by far the best looking for
mileage--I got close to 7,000 miles on the front and
it still looked good.  My average on fronts is closer
to 5,000 for the same wear/tread depth.  Grip was
enough for me to drag pegs (I'm not that good) and a
really nice aspect was it worked well even when worn.
Hawke is an LDR who can give you more info--he likes
them also.  Neither of us liked the rear (3,500 for
me) and the only drawback for me was a high speed
(100+) very slight weave.
