Peter, here in the States, jammers are ILLEGAL, and I'm guessing they don't work anyway. They are illegal because they are transmitters for which you must have a license, and guess what? you can't get a license for one!! Not that I've ever heard, anyway (and I'm not the be-all end-all of experience here). So except in the state of Virginia and in DC radar detectors are legal, because they are receivers, and according to our FCC they are OK to have. Regards, Henry S.
