The mounting kit for the side bags, side bags and top case was UK500
sterling. The mounting rails and plate that the top case mounts to was on
the bike when I bought it, so I am not sure of the cost of that part,
probably another UK100 or so. Not sure how these costs compare to Givi or
others as I did not look. Did not want to cut on bike and bike already had
the NonFango rails. You can see photos of the mirrors and luggage at
http://photos.yahoo.com/towerdave2000

If anyone wants more detail, let me know and I'll add more photos. The
mirrors are very easy to put on, the instructions say to disassemble fairing
and instrument cluster and glue backing plates, however, I found you can
easily reach up into fairing from the access covers on each side like where
the coolant recover tank is located and hold the plate while you start the
screws. Had the mirrors on in 15 minutes. They work great, give you a good
rear view and are very good quality with a perfect image at all speeds.
Hinders the lane splitting a little though, but you can loosen the screws on
the stalks and fold them in while splitting and then flip them back out when
done.
