Spins over very slowly for a few seconds, until the battery is so week it will not spin at all. Yes, the dash dims a lot, headlight goes off (but that might be normal). If it spins over fast it will start right away (1-2 secs), but that is only in warmer temps with a freshly charged battery.
it seems like the batt is bad, but its a new batt, and the previous one started doing the same thing.
