That is correct - from Baja Designs  -follow their web site to the HID
systems and that is what I have. It was a very straightforward install
in place of the H4 bulb. No cutting of any wire harness. They provide a
pigtail harness that simply plugs into the stock H4 socket to power
from.  The only addition I made was a Painless wiring kit from
performance products (www.performanceproducts.com) that adds another
relay to allow separation of the high & low beam power taps but keep low
beam (the HID) on when I switch to High beam.
The standard cost listed ($350) can be reduced to $280 if there is
enough interest for a group buy of 10 or more. (which is what I did
through the ldriders list).
