Hey list,
Wanted to let you know of a simple add on that I found very useful from
Kisan (the makers of tire alert and light modulators). The SignalMinder
is a simple plug in replacement of your stock turn signal relay (under
the lefts side- seat plastic). It took more time to remove the rear side
panel than the actual installation.
I am notorious to my riding buddies for leaving my turn signals on,
primarily because of the extra dash for all my rally stuff blocks my
view of the turn signal indicators.
This nifty little device makes them auto canceling now, just the add on
for our high tech bikes. It is programmable (dip switch) as to how many
seconds/ blinks until it turns off, even has thoughtful feature of a
lead you can splice into your brake light that cancels the counting for
as long as you have your brakes on and has a tone you can enable or
disable if you want an audio reminder.
