I'll let you know about the FJR when I get mine in August. My concern is going from rad back to conventional forks. I rode a new FZ1 a few weeks ago. I had to travel over a short span of gravel road with it and the front end felt like it was going to slide out on me the whole way. It was far too light to make a good long distance road bike. The GTS felt like it was on pavement when in the gravel in comparison and stable.
