Yeh but you have to slide your hand over to the end of the bar while trying to maintain constant throttle. Then unless you want to be accelerating with the throttle locked you have to twist the end without twisting the throttle. With the Vista Cruise you could have flipped the throttle lock on and off 10 times in the same amount of time. It's as simple as a toggle switch, perfectly located for operation with your thumb.
With all due respect to the Throttlemeister (for sure an improvement over the old friction screw locks older bikes used to come with)...IMO it's been bettered by a $17.50 piece of plastic. -----Original Message----- From: Darren Wright [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, September 04, 2002 7:21 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Throttlemeisters Reason #1: Throttle locks are illegal. Throttlemeisters don't look like throttle locks. I don't think it's clumsy at all. I love it. Roll on and lock at the same time...I guess you just get used to it. ====================================================================================== NOTICE - This communication may contain confidential and privileged information that is for the sole use of the intended recipient.
