George (and Tom), The Mad Dog Ranch Fountain Cafe is a pretty big place and
has an outdoor area as well. The food is really good. Probably not much
chance of seeing Joe Cocker there though. Naturally I'd warn them ahead of
time.

Lots of details on the place at http://www.cocker.com/mdrfc/ I just read
they can do functions for up to 200 guests! I'll check into them catering
for us if we do that loop.

Found a good map on the web from a Goldwing ride plan. Shows the area with
pretty much the route we'd take except it's shown from Denver.

Joe, I checked out your weekend ride proposal on my map and it looks just
peachy to me. I always wanted to visit Joe's establishment on a bike but do
you think we can get him to sing a ballad or two for us? One more thing, as
many as we will be you may want to make reservations at the eateries ahead
of time to make sure they will have enough room & food to feed us
all......and in the way I am accustomed to eating.
