No. Disagreements are supposed to lead to modifications of the proposal that eventually enable all of us to consent to the implementation of the proposal. Disapproval in the deliberation has only one outcome.

I also object to the characterization of a community paralyzed by fear, a picture that you paint with your comment.

To say that this is a disappointing outcome is an understatement. It is uncertain if I can continue my contributions to Guix in the absence of a decision similar to what the discussions of GCD008 resulted in. This outcome was listed as one of the risks of not accepting the GCD.
