Gabriel’s requests on GCD 008 indeed appeear to be sealioning, repeating
discussion again and again.

The request to wait on experts in this developing law only shows slow
progress.  GEMA is about to win a lawsuit against Suno Inc. who copied
songs in full to their model parameters, when the TDM exception only
permits “evaluating” the songs. [1]  But these copyright violations are
blatant; it will IMHO take much longer until we see decisions on copying
code, like it took long until a decision on Wine’s reverse-engineering
of Windows APIs.
