what is Vehicles take on converting a planet into a spaceship?
Start a bit less ambitious. I believe Ceres is roughly 10^18 tons
(at this level of accuracy, the difference between metric, short,
and long tons does not matter ...).
That would make it a SM+38 craft, adding 12 zeros to the SM+14
costs. Stone armor would be DR 150,000 per system, but at least
it is free.
FWiW, perhaps start with Ceres as a 580 mile diameter body, which comes
to about SM+33 (from p. B550)
