Found the article. I remembered reading it at the time but since it was for 4e 
didn't do much with it.

Year, the actual streamlining level seems to be between Excellent and Radical.

If a VE2 price for a vehicle comes out the same as the historical price, I'd 
consider that more of a happy coincidence ;)

Riggers seem to be, by far, the largest part of the crew except on the smallest 
airships.
