Hey,
me and a friend of mine like GURPS 4e. We were thinking of making a combat 
arena like game. You know kinda of like if GURPS was kinda of like a minatures 
war game. I would imagine the best way to do this is not allow any 
disadvantages that don't directly affect combat. i would also think that 
certain advantages would be quite cheap such as   invisible and that one 
advantage that turns you into a ghost. We would also not allow anything cosmic 
for obvious reasons. We already have an awesome infinite worlds campiagn going 
on so this would a little side just for fun game.
*We really need to figure out what advantages and disadvantages to allow, we 
want it to be a good fight, not a stomping fest
*Point value wise, I would say 150 maybe with 3v3 on both sides
*We need to figure out the TL, we want nothing to be too cheap (see ultra tech) 
but we want technology to be solid
*We also need to figure out magic, if its too powerful or not and the mana level
If I could get some ideas to brainstorm that would be great
