This is an interesting weapon system. But I wonder if its trying to be too fancy? It seems to me that the best offense against TL6 and 7 infantry is good old razor wire, mines and artillery. Add in some TL8 artillery delivered mines. For those who dislike 15-year old mines killing children and farmers, add in a chemical, biodegradable trigger which deactivates the explosive after a few years, along with remote detonation signals.
