If corporations hold a lot of political power, a corporate private spaceship -- think corporate jet for space. Diplomats would likely want similar ships. Highly skilled consultants in fields that require on-site activities may have something like this. Could see this for a group that does initial terraforming planning to determine what sort of machines to build.
