It might be clichéd to expect a Flotation hull, but more practically, I
don't see some tools (perhaps subsumed at this scale), mostly from VE67, 71:
Launch Catapult, crane, winch, skyhook, extendable ladder, refueling
probe, refueling drogue.
(and it may just be be that suggests for something in clouds to add an
atmosphere processor/ fuel electrolysis system, perhaps for backup power
systems or helicopters (or boats for a water landing))
And to get the imaginative juices flowing, what about emergencies?
Are there lockers of parachutes? Emergency gliders?
Could you design a room with a "vehicular chute" to get dozens out in
crash seats?
