I've talked to Raul and he doesn't have any other suggestions for me accept that I should return it. I know that someone on the list has a friend who is experiencing the same problem. Sorry I didnt get your name. I guess your friend should send his unit back too. I was just wondering did your friend experience the problems of the battery going level 10 to level 9 in about 10 minutes and the problem of pressing play or ok on a folder in the media player and the tracks does not play in correct order? TO be specific they play correctly for a while then when you get deep into the folder the order mysteriously changes. For me this only happens when the songs aren't numbered. Thanks for all of your help I really appreciate it.
Louis
