Louis, I have dealt with Roger many times.  Talk with him if you cannot get
your problem solved.  Of course, I don't know what he will do, but has
always been willing to go the extra mile.

Hi folks. Have any of you gotten your BookSense from Adaptive Information
Systems Inc last week? I got mine and I'm now experiencing some problems
such as the male voice not working no matter many times I reset so I was
just wondering if anyone who has just recieved their BookSense from them and
if they have experienced any problems. I was also wondering what is the GW
reparing policy I plan on sending my unit in soon if the problems aren't
resolved. Will they give me another one or if it's a hardware problem send
it back to Korea for repares. I really need to know because I'm using the
BookSense for school so I will need it back as soon as possible. Thanks.
