Hello there. I realize that this is frustrating for you, but I can assure you that regardless of whether you purchase the BookSense directly from us or from a dealer, we want to help you get any problems resolved. Even if you talk to Roger, I still feel the best course of action is for you to send the BookSense in so we can repair it. I cannot tell you if we will replace it or repair it because I have not seen it here and we can do diagnostics here which you, the end user do not have access to.

So my suggestion is for you to contact our ordering department and ask for an RMA and let them know you spoke to me about it.

The sooner this happens, the sooner you can have a working BookSense with Paul's voice.

Many thanks.

HI folks. I've done the number 4 key reset multiple times. I've talked
to Raul and he doesn't have any other suggestions for me accept that I
should return it. I know that someone on the list has a friend who is
experiencing the same problem. Sorry I didnt get your name. I guess
your friend should send his unit back too. I was just wondering did
your friend experience the problems of the battery going level 10 to
level 9 in about 10 minutes and the problem of pressing play or ok on
a folder in the media player and the tracks does not play in correct
order? TO be specific they play correctly for a while then when you
get deep into the folder the order mysteriously changes. For me this
only happens when the songs aren't numbered. Thanks for all of your
help I really appreciate it.

Louis
