yes you could, however in order for the scripts to run on other
machines, they will have to have the correct interpreters. VBScript and
JScript are available on all Windows, but Python, Perl, and other
scripting languages will need to be installed if you want to use scripts
written in these languages.

To write scripts, you need to know a scripting language such as
