Wow I had 4 separate accounts and never had a problem. I have 2 accounts
now and went from 6.0 to 6.1 with no problem and am now running window Eyes

Subject: Beta v. retail was RE: Fed up with GW Toolkit
Alan and all,
My husband and I are also not running the beta for various reasons. One of
these has to do with the fact that we need the CD for installation,
something which is only available with a retail version. We need the CD
because of the fact that we are multiusers on the same machine. We found
out with 6.1 that the CD was needed for this situation as we ran 6.1 on our
PC but wound up going back to 6.0 because 6.1 without the CD would not hold
the user environments on a multiuser system. We still have 6.1 on our
laptop and it is a nusence to have to change the directory setting all of
the time when we boot up that machine. While it only has to be done at
start-up, it is still a nusence because it has to be done each time that WE
must be restarted.
This is why we will wait for a retail version and will upgrade at that
point.
Thanks.
