This has all been cleaned up post beta 2 and the problems turning off
Scripting with the Skype scripts running have also been fixed.

I have had a few problems with the beta sevens, but the GW toolkit has not
been one of them. When I'm notified at startup that a new GW toolkit is
available, I've just hit enter on the button to install the script and then
follow the prompts and the toolkit first stops all scripts and then
installs. It then restarts all scripts and everything is running again.
I've been running skype in the background while installing scripts also with
no problems.
