I have to say that my opinion is that we have no post-sales support here
in the U.S.  Yes  I can call phone support; however,   I have many
questions left unanswered still after reinstalling jaws  literally  more
than 6 times  as that was their only idea when it had a problem.  

Mostly  my experience with their tech support has been just that: emails
go unanswered  or days later I receive an answer like "try reinstalling
and let us know".  Often that happens when I wrote in the original email
that I tried reinstalling before contacting them.  I am so heartily sick
of their lack of support that I've recently purchased Window Eyes.
Their support  along with their vastly better scripting system  makes me
sure anyone would be happier with Window Eyes  even if it's not what
your company "officially" supports.  Ask them if that means you are
forbidden from using Window Eyes on the job?  (I mean this last for the
original  poster).
