Thanks for the step by step lesson not only for this script but for
managing scripts in general.
I had never thought that a script might be causing this behavior; rather I
had searched in vain thinking that some verbocity setting had been
tweeked.
Well, it's now behaving the way it did under 6.1 with the added bonus that
it can always be changed down the road.
Thanks once again for the quick reply and instructions.
