Not much. Someone did mention one that had a numeric keypad for those who didn't want to learn laptop keyboard layout.
I think that's so unusual that you'd be giving up all other choice to get it. More important to me is to pick the one with features and price that you like, then checkout the keyboard. get one with alt and control keys on both sides of the space bar; with the six pack keys as distinct keys, and not made from combinations of a fn key and some other key. It's ultimately the keyboard that seems to make blind people happy or unhappy with their laptop choice more than anything else.
