I am using an HP Pavilion with 17" screen and full keyboard. I really like it. This is my second one, and it has worked out the best for me. As Raul mentioned, the best thing to do is try them at a local electronics store. With HP, you can pretty much customize whatever you want from a laptop by going to www.hp.com. The 17" models are the only ones they make that have a full keyboard, unless you go with something larger such as their 21" monsters they used to sell. It is definitely heavy to carry around, and less battery power than most laptops. But, the full size keyboard certainly makes up for that.

The screen is very large for those who use screen enlargement. It would definitely take some muscle to lug around. Perhapse the battery life has changed, but, this one chews through its battery in about 90 minutes. I like how the keyboard feeels. Regards..
