Hi, A friend of mine has an HP Pavilian laptop with the full keyboard. The screen is very large for those who use screen enlargement. It would definitely take some muscle to lug around. Perhapse the battery life has changed, but, this one chews through its battery in about 90 minutes. I like how the keyboard feeels. Regards.. Joe Lanier
