Of course, failing all that, the FN key is not too bad either. I have used many laptops and I hardly ever use an external keyboard or numerical pad because all of them have an FN key and so if I need to use the numberpad, the FN key works superbly.

your best bet are the HP's. The keyboard has a comfortable feel, just like a desktop. But be prepared for a big heavy beast. In order to accomodate for the space needed for a full size keyboard, you need extra width, so usually only the ones with 17 inch displays have the full size keyboard, and they weigh about 8 pounds. They are really desktop replacements, as opposed to laptops. Another alternative is to get a laptop that meets your specs otherwise, and use a USB external keyboard.
