ok. Now for the follow-up question: how would I get at those additional place markers? I note, when creating them, I have to give them a jump number between 1 and 9. So if I can conveniently get to more than 9 on a page, how would I set them up and get to them?
Also, returning to my initial point: I'd like to see "those very special" marker number increased beyond 9. The Great Commission is not an option to be considered; it is a command to be obeyed.
