Brenda As both a TripleTalk usb and internal user, I can attest that, at times, the usb version can have a mind of its own. I have seen this same behavior on the external in previous versions of WE so this is not unique to WE7.01. It is probably something related more to the TripleTalk or its drivers and impacts WE as a result. Whether GWMicro can resolve this, your guess is as good as mine. But this problem was not introduced in the WE 7 version series. It was there before.
