Hi Jeff,

I would agree with you, but even Microsoft make Office available as a
download now and you can buy a Medialess Licence Kit cheaper. I suspect
though that if you all want GW to provide downloads, they will have to
introduce copy protection, and I am sure there will be complaints about that
if they do. So people have to decide I think do they want copy protection
and the ability to download, or no copy protection and have to pay for CDs?
Again, JAWS offers a complete download, but they have an activation system.
Myself, I like WE the way it is, though I do wish we could download an image
of our own CD. This could be done using a login method. But I certainly
don't lose sleep over this.

All the best

If you think $20 is a lot of money for a cd, try going to Microsoft and
asking for replacement media for anything. The last time I checked it was
$40 per media replacement package. I really don't think $20 is an out of
the ordinary price or one that is so high to be a significant issue.
