Just to answer my own question: the jaws 10 problem with outlook that's being discussed has to do with use of Word as the default editor in outlook, and some problems this may cause when reading the body of an outlook message in jaws 10.
so, don't think it's at all related to the problem some of us were discussing about outlook sometimes opening, and WE not reading any of the list of messages, although you can press enter and read the body of any of the messages.
