I have seen that problem as well, however, that's not the issue I was
discussing at the moment.

The problem where messages appear to be empty, I think, is related to
html or rtf formatted emails. Anyway, it's very intermittent; that is,
opening up another message will usually be fine.

So, we'll call these the empty email problem, and the empty list
problem, just to distinguish them.

Jim G has a variant of the empty list problem that's different from mine
(as far as we can tell); I can't remember if his is outlook 2003 or OE
or outlook 2007, but mine, and the others writing to me, are all dealing
with it under outlook 2003 under vista.

Jim G's empty list seems to be a control focus issue.

I don't think mine is, because I can move the mouse cursor to the list
of messages and click on them, or use the focus control script, and
nothing is improved.

It would be very good if others having these problems would contact GW,
and post on the list. The more they have to work with, the more likely
they are to see a pattern to help them solve this.

thanks,

Chip
