First I want to say I am sorry if my request for info caused a problem on
the list. I thought I was asking a reasonable question looking for help.
My placemarker problem is with my banking sight at Bank of America.
Here is the info I select for the placemarker. I first move to the line
where I want the placemarker and hit control shift k and enter info as
follows.
Name: Bank of America Platinum Plus Visa - 1505
Hotkey number 2 of 10
Uncheck Temporary
Auto read lines 2
Applies to domain
placemarker text Bank of America Platinum Plus Visa - 1505
Position relative to line number and text search
I then hit add and then ok at the next screen.
I then arrow back to the top of the page and hit the letter k and it seems
to work fine.
Now the next time I go back to the same page there is a 50 50 shot that it
will work. Each following time I go to the same web page it again may or
may not work.
I have tried all the other setting options with no better results.
I have this problem on both a Vista and XP machine.
Again this is in no way bashing GW or WE just looking for a little help for
ideas.

Don's placemarker problem is with the Bank of America site
www.bankofamerica.com
He successfully creates the marks and they work. They them may or may not
work on subsequent visits to the page.
I am guessing that perhaps the displays of the pages are not always
consistent causing the difficulty.
Don, what exactly are you having the placemarkers key upon?
