I recently had a problem with ZoomText and their tech support logged into my
computer and took over my system and fixed the problem. I did have to give them
permission. I don't know if this was remote access or another program. But it
accomplished the same thing .

Hi.

My perception is that Remote Assistance is not accessible like Tandem is.
Sure you can use Window-Eyes to invite someone to help you with your
computer, but, can you use Window-Eyes to accept such an invitation from
someone and work on their computer? I believe the answer is no but someone
can correct me if I am wrong.
