Please have someone with a working pair of eyes look at your keyboard.
Many
multi-media keyboards have a mute key and it is very easy to accidentally
bump or activate without knowing while putting your keyboard down. Even
if
you don't accidentally activate this key, it will definitely unmute your
sound.
