Hello, In my prior position, I really could have used net meeting. That application is used heavily in private industry.

I know, maybe, at this state, we are merely dreaming, but it is dreams that make goals, and goals that make you looking around for ways to do things. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ray Campbell" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, February 05, 2010 4:48 PM Subject: RE: Window-Eyes Should Have Something Like Jaws Tandom Hi All: I have not used Net Meeting for accessing another computer, but I agree Window-Eyes should have something like Tandem. As a major part of my job is to provide technical support to individuals with visual impairments, I can't tell you how much easier my job is when I work with someone using JAWS over Tandem. It is much faster for me to get on tandem, fix something, and move onto the next person. Yet, the person I'm helping not only can listen to what I'm doing, but at any point if they feel uncomfortable, they can break the connection. I say either develop a similar service for Window-Eyes, or, GW Micro should work to make something like Remote Assistant accessible with Window-Eyes from both ends of the connection. Right now, someone using Window-Eyes could send me a Remote Assistance invitation, but I cannot access their desktop using WE as it's just an image on screen.
