That doesn't change the present problem.
If I cannot presently get Window-Eyes installed, then what is the point of
continuing the Window-Eyes payment schedule?
There is little point to paying this in my opinion if the Window-Eyes
Display Driver presently on my system found under "Other devices" in the
Device Manager, does not work properly.
I find it ironic, that products like Sarotek's System Access product work
just fine, and offer even a lower payment cost over Widnwo-Eyes.
Not to say that Window-Eyes doesn't perform fine in most cases, but how
about the uninstaller for my Intel graphics card in Programs and features?
A process runs in task manager, but I can't gain access to it?
Answer me that.
I don't think it will be to my personal benefit to keep this schedule going
at this point with a program that isn't performing properly to my personal
expectations.
I think I'll forward this over to [email protected] at this point as well,
and see if they can't stop the payment schedule.
Until these issues are resolved, and no, reinstalling the device driver
didn't work..Also, even though I have a perfectly functing system, JAWS
still installed...but Window-Eyes specifically didn't?
Unless there is some utility that could be used or I can make Widnows find
the driver to install the Window-Eyes Display Driver component under Other
Devices, then I may need to.
I presently have an Activated Window-Eyes on this comptuer that doesn't work
at all. I can't even find "Video Support maintanence" under the advanced
options.
I have followed Arron's suggestions from the previous day.
Unless some utility can be quickly developed in wich I could associate a
specific INF driver file with that Display driver component (by the way) it
simply reports as not installed) even thogugh I manually installled the
video support stuff from the WE-Video folder on the payment plan CD, I
can't figure out what's going on.
JAWS works fine..though I can't determine the cause beyond this.
I wish an utility existed to look into the Video chane.
Any major suggestions?
Thanks.
