Yes, it is a shock at first to find that the menus and toolbars are no longer 
there, but you are seriously mistaken in your belief that Word 2007 is more 
difficult to use than Word 2003.  It is in fact easier to use once you make the 
effort to understand the ribbon bar and the other new features.

American printing House for the Blind just released the Verbal View of the 
Ribbon Bar tutorial; it shows you how to use Window-Eyes with Word 2007, and 
also explains many of the other features in Word 2007 and other Office 
Applications.

The /Ribbon Bar is here to stay!  All the programs that come with Microsoft 
Office 2010 to be out in Mid June 2010 have the Ribbon Bar, so get use to it.
