Thanks Karyn.  I'm new to anything beyond Wordpad and Notepad, as I've
only just started doing my own admin.  I'm still back with Word97 SR1.
The Word8 set files seem to be the only ones I can find in
Window-Eyes7.2.  The confusion about versions arose because I installed
the Microsoft add on which enables me to open more recent document
types; but I'm pretty sure I was having the file name edit box problem
before I did that.  Sorry you guys are way ahead of me on this stuff.
Time to catch up.
